Shipping
We offer shipping to the following destinations:
- France: Standard delivery with signature costs €9.90, and express delivery with signature costs €19.90.
- Europe: Shipping coming soon!
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but generally, you will receive your order within 2 to 7 business days after shipment. A tracking email will be sent to you once your package has been shipped.
Return
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order, specifying your order number.
- Prepare the package with the items to be returned. Ensure they are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags still attached.
- Send the package to the address provided by our customer service. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Once the product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
